The network needs to deliver the maximum experience to the consumer at the lowest optimal cost, and having created this environment, the operator then needs to provide targeted propositions to customers. Operators should give consumers more control over their services and the control of them, which will lead to greater loyalty and usage. There’s a demand appearing from regional operators to globalise their propositions, as they look to grow and extend their reach.

Conax is a part of Norwegian operator Telenor, specialising in revenue assurance for broadcasters. Growing market for digital content, especially in Asia, Conax provides security for this through encryption services. Some broadcasters in Asia have only half of their subscriber base paying for service, the rest are using it illegally, resulting in lost revenue.
