TelecomTV went along to the launch of the Working Group on Climate Change by the Broadband Commission.
According to Ericsson, there will be up to 5 billion broadband connections in the world and the telecoms industry can address up to 15 per cent of CO2 emissions by using smart grids and other logistics and traffic control to become a more efficient society.
