Sending too many emails, IMs and mobile texts could indicate mental illness, according to an article published in the American Journal of Psychiatry.

That could explain a lot of things! All this time I thought mental instability was caused by stress, chemical imbalances in the body or passed on through genes. What a relief to know it's really caused by too many messages.
