Former Qwest CEO Joe Nacchio, recently convicted on insider trading and facing a hefty fine and jail time, last week according to newly released court documents alleged that the US government is out to get him. Is his defense team deliberately trying to poison a future jury pool with America’s favourite paranoia – big government? Maybe, but it gets worse…
