The newly published University of Michigan American Consumer Satisfaction Index shows that as of last month Google's user approval rating was down to 78 per cent on last year's result even as arch-rival rival Yahoo gained 3.9 percentage that points to become the destination most web surfers find most satisfying.
Seventy-nine per cent of users say they are satisfied with Yahoo following its efforts to relaunch and focus on new services.
Larry Fred, the CEO of ForeSee Results, comments, "People have gotten comfortable with the [new] interface.
